That step uses an AI service to produce a summary and suggested category, which a member of our team checks. With your consent, we then pass your enquiry to one member firm. From that point the firm is responsible for your data under its own privacy notice. We keep enquiry data for [90] days and then delete it.

Firm data

Firm listings are built from data published by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, which includes business contact details. Firms can correct or add to their listing by claiming it.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not set cookies or track you across sites.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent, by emailing [privacy email]. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
